SECTION 3 - ORDERS Orders placed via WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or email are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation.

You may be asked to provide your full name, delivery address, and telephone number when placing an order.

We currently accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. All shipping costs will be added to the final price.

SECTION 4 - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We offer a 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive your order. Returns are accepted only for exchange or store credit.

Please note:

  • No refunds are issued.

  • Sale and promotional items are excluded from return.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. To inquire about shipping costs, please contact us directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram. We will provide you with all necessary details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.
